How long will it take for me to receive my package?

After receiving your order, we will promptly process your shipment and send you an email notification with the tracking number once dispatched.

In the event of delays due to holidays or carrier exceptions, we will immediately notify you via email with updated information.

Shipping Time Frames (Contiguous U.S.)

  • Free (7-15 Business Days) Over $70

    Offering free shipping on all orders this holiday season.

  • Standard (7-15 Business Days) Under $70.

    Offering Standard Shipping nationwide for $9.95 flat rate.

  • Premium Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

    Priority Express nationwide shipping for all purchases at $28.97.

    Note:

  • We mainly use FedEx and UPS.
  • We ship all products from different states in USA.
  • Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing.
  • Expedited and Priority shipments are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa may be subject to slight delays or not able to ship.
  • Shipments to U.S. APO/FBO may take up to 21 days.
  • Shipping is not available to U.S Territories at this time.
Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally which includes a small shipping fee depending on the country being sent to.

Will I receive tracking information?

We’ll send an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

Where are you shipping from?

We are based in Hongkong Warehouse but our inventory is spread across fulfillment centers nationwide in order to reduce transit times.

How will your products shipped?

We use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Unfortunately, we’re not able to control the shipping carrier used in any one shipment.

What about returns?

We are confident on the products quality therefore we offer easy return & refund on our website by e-mailing: info@rebrok.com

To protect and ensure that all customers return and refund requests are handled appropriately we may require a receipt or proof of purchase..

Our refund & return policy is only valid within 30 days after customer receives product.

    There are situations that we will decline return or refund such as:

    • Products that were not bought directly from Rebrok.com – like from a thrift store.
    • Products that have been defaced.
    • Products with missing labels.
    • Products without receipts or store IDs.
    • Products that haven't been cleaned.
    • Products that have been lost or damaged to the point where they aren't usable.
How to deal with Returns & Refunds?

Our returns team aims to make your experience as easy and seamless as possible.
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date received. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. If packaging is not available, your item cannot be processed for a return.
If you wish to make a return, you must contact us at : info@rebrok.com for the return address.
Rest assured, you’ll never be charged a restocking fee for your return! A one-time Courtesy Replacement can be offered if available in our inventory.
Often we will just refund your purchase if you are not happy or unsatisfied with your order from us.
Note: Customers will shoulder return shipping fee.

How to deal with Damaged or Defective Items

We do our best to cover you when things don’t go as planned. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 30 days to assist with a refund or an exact replacement, if the item is currently available. Images of the damaged/defective product are sometimes required. In most cases, we will ask for these items to be returned to our facilities, but we will assist with the return and shipping costs.
